POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Tax Accountant works closely with other members of the tax department. Primary responsibilities include preparing and reviewing personal, fiduciary and flow-through entity tax returns; tax planning, research and correspondence; and successfully completing other assigned projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or CPA candidate
- 1-7 years tax experience
- Outstanding communications skills

Tax Manager – Richmond, Virginia
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Tax Manager works closely with other members of the tax department. Primary responsibilities include delivering a full range of tax services to our diverse client base by building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and tax compliance. Includes reviewing complex personal, fiduciary and flow-through entity tax returns, undertaking tax research and correspondence, and coordinating with our tax staff to complete projects in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- Certified Public Accountant certification required
- Proven work experience as a tax manager or tax senior
- Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills
- 4+ years tax experience
- Knowledge of tax software and MS Office
- Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop client relationships
- Team-oriented attitude
- Analytical skills with detail orientation
